Clinton Comes in Second in South Carolina Primary

Senator Clinton came in second place in today's South Carolina primary with 32 percent. Senator Clinton spent much of the week campaigning outside South Carolina and increased her momentum going into the Feb. 5 round of voting involving 22 states, including California, Illinois and New York.
